Again about washing and keeping yourself clean during the long hours of travel. Keeping a sponge with you? Forget that! The easier, lighter and more sustainable choice is "the body polisher" by The Bodyshop.

It is better than a sponge in many ways; it dries out quickly (it has a suspension strap), it is made of recycled polyester AND it is about 1 m long (but very small when folded). Why am I praising the length? Well, usually I am alone in the shower booth and I am not too flexible to wash my back - with this the back side is reachable.

It also exfoliates your skin (good for that extra layer of dirt and sweat) and not to mention that as it is not  "a ruffled piece of fabric", it is more sanitary also in the wild than the normal sponges or "washing equipment". Easy to wash and can be sterilized with vinegar treatment if it somehow gains odors (never happened to me). I have used mine over 5 years now and it does not show any dating!
